All our products went through several rounds of quality checks such as aging tests, performance tests and stress tests by qualified professionals before being marketed. Our products have one of the lowest RMA rates in the hardware and electronics sector.

We keep our margins lean in order to stand out and deliver genuine value to our customers compared to other larger brands.

Quantum products generally come with a minimum of 1 year warranty. Please refer to each product's detail page for the specific warranty duration.

We provide standard FREE delivery to all addresses within Singapore.

Orders will be delivered on every Saturday between 5PM and 9PM. Order cut-off time is Saturday 2PM.

Delivery time frames are from 5PM–9PM. Our delivery team or courier partner will contact you before sending out your order.

Yes! You are welcome to drop by our showroom at 12 Arumugam Road, LTC Building B, #06-03A, Singapore 409958 to check on the product physically and purchase it off the shelf directly.

Orders placed before 2PM will be delivered on the same working day between 5PM and 9PM. Orders placed after 2PM will be delivered on the next working day.

You can either visit our showroom to make an in-store purchase, or buy online through our website.

Our desktops are built on demand to ensure each unit is prepared according to your order requirements. It typically takes 1–3 working days for the order to be ready. Our team will contact you once it is ready for delivery or collection.

We offer installment plans of up to 12 months via Atome or Grab PayLater. Simply select Atome or Grab PayLater as your preferred payment method during checkout.

There is no interest for installment payments. However, a one-time 5% admin fee will apply, and this fee can also be split across your selected repayment period.

We accept all payment method, common one such as cash for in-store purchases, PayNow, Apple Pay, debit card, credit card, Atome, and Grab PayLater.
